The 5th annual "A Day at the Farm" will be held on September 11 at Westham Island Herb Farm! Mark it on your calendars and click this link for more event details!

Farmland in Delta plays a vital economic and environmental role for people and wildlife at the mouth of the Fraser River. The delta's rich soils and optimal climate make it one of Canada's most productive farming areas. A wide range of vegetables, berries, and dairy products are produced and add significantly to the BC economy. Millions of birds travel through the delta every year during their fall and spring migrations along the Pacific coast. They rely on this flat open coastal landscape for feeding and resting. For many more species of birds and other wildlife, the delta is a year-round home. Explore our website to learn more about local farms, and how different farm practices benefit the soil, the environment and the millions of birds visiting Delta every year.
